FAQs

  • Breathwork is a simple but powerful practice of using conscious breathing to calm the mind, release emotions, and reconnect with yourself.

  • Circular breathwork. This is a continuous, rhythmic breathing technique with no pause between the inhale and exhale. It helps release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and access deep emotional and energetic healing.

  • No experience is required. All women, all ages are welcomed

  • Breathwork can bring up a lot of emotions and physical feelings. This is not suitable if you are in the 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy, have unregulated high blood pressure, experience epilepsy. Always discuss with your doctor if you are unsure before booking a session.

    I do not take any responsibility for the emotions or affects of the breathwork sessions.

    • Do not eat at least 2 hours prior to a session.

    • Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

    • You will be lying down. Wear loose comfortable clothing and have hair loose.

    • Bring a blanket and pillow to hold if you like. Eye masks also help

    • Create a space that is quiet and free from distraction (leave phones and watches away from area). Do not lie in direct sunlight or in front of a fan.

    • Have water ready for after the session.

  • A link will be sent to your email account as soon as you book each session. You will be able to click this link 5 minutes before the session begins and you will join the waiting room. I will then admit you to the session.

  • The sessions I lead are all about tapping into your feminine energy and creating a safe space for you to just be. These sessions are for you to express exactly how you feel and connect with women from all over the world to understand we together are here for each other and ready to embrace ourselves exactly as we are.

    • I will organise free community sessions, which you will get a link for if you are part of the mailing list.

    • I offer donation based sessions, please reach out to me directly for this information.

  • 24 hours notice is required to cancel a session. This credit will then be added for a future session.
